Academy of Tertiary Studies (ATS) offers a Certificate in Paralegal Studies. This programme has been developed to provide paralegals, persons who are employed in organizations or those seeking to enter the work place with the knowledge, skills and competencies required to perform paralegal services in a professional manner.

The course is approved by the Institute of Paralegals and all students who are registered with ATS will become registered members of the Institute of Paralegals in the UK and have access to all materials on their website.

The course is designed to be studied in a flexible manner, to suit the needs of today’s working student. At the end of each module, students are given written take home assignments designed to measure the students understanding of the topic and ability to apply principles of law covered during the sessions to situations. There will also be a practical evaluation conducted during the course.
